Initial contact was good. I have a non-standard car and they ordered up a special windshield for me from Denver which arrived the very next day. However, they wanted me there for the repair, which meant I had to take off work, and then proceeded to show up three hours late, without calling, which was very frustrating. They responded after I called them, but were then still late off of the new estimate they gave me. When they finally did arrive they did the job quickly and well, with no surprise costs. I just got frustrated with their lack of communication.

Skyler from Taylor Auto Glass was fantastic, he took his time to explain the entire process and what to expect. Service was done at conveniently at my home. I requested a manufacturer made windshield (OEM) and Skyler enthusiastically complied with my request. Skyler was friendly and professional I would absolutely use them again.

They worked us in quickly, came to the house, did a great job on the rock ding, and even washed all the windows of our vehicle.

I called Monday and they were able to come the next day and replace my car's windshield. They found some rust under the old windshield which they cleaned up. It took a little longer then predicted because of this but there was no extra charge. The new windshield looks good and appears well installed.

They provided the service in less than 24 hours after they were contacted. They were on time. It took them a very short time for them to do the replacement. Very courteous.

Called Jesse at noon on a Sunday about a drivers side window that had fallen into the door and wouldn't roll up. He educated us on what was happening and quickly offered a solution that he could deliver on a SUNDAY! He found the parts and came to our house and repaired not just the front window but the back one also because it did the same thing a while before. He was prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We will be using him again in the future.

The needed glass was only available from a warehouse 60 mi away, so the company staff drove to the warehouse on the same day rather than wait for the supplier's delivery truck. The shattered window was removed, glass thoroughly cleaned up, new glass installed, and door reassembled, all with efficiency. Company owner Jessie Taylor kept me informed of the status and schedule throughout the process.

They completed the work within 20 minutes. My dad used to do work in auto glass, so I could tell they did good quality work. I won't go anywhere else as far as auto glass goes. They were more reasonably priced than 2 other companies that I had received estimates from .He was very professional and answered any questions or concerns that I had without sounding condesending.

It was excellent work. He likes to get it right and doesn't rush the work. He does the job the way it is supposed to be done and doesn't take shortcuts. He tells you how long it'll take and there are no hidden surprises.

I smashed the rear window on our RAV4 on Friday afternoon. I called Jessie in the evening, and took my car in at 9:00 the next morning. My car was ready for pickup before 1:00 p.m. The window looks great and I have had no problems whatsoever with it. Jessie was very professional, courteous, and knowledgable. Communication with him was excellent. His price was the lowest we found, but the product, workmanship, and service were top-notch. I hope I don't smash anymore car windows, but if I do, I won't look anywhere else to have it repaired. I highly recommend Taylor Autobody and Glass.
