- Residential Brick RepairHector Ramirez came to our home to look at the wide cracks in the brick under and around our dining room window and the cracks in our bricks and crumbling cement at the corner of our house. He assessed the situation, explained what he would need to do to fix it and gave us an estimate that same day. Hector arrived the next day and was not able to start the job because the bricks he picked up to replace the cracked bricks did not match perfectly to his satisfaction. He came back the day after that at about 10:00 am with the correctly matching bricks and started work. Hector had to remove several of the cracked bricks on the corner of the house and cleaned out large chunks of dried mortar that had fallen behind the bricks when the house was built. He also had to remove some of the cement that had crumbled under the bricks. He then put in new bricks and repaired the cement. He also fixed all the cracked areas between the bricks under the dining room window. As with our previous experience his work was perfection. He was able to complete all the repairs in one day and was very thorough in cleaning up. Mr. Ramirez returned the next evening to check on his repairs. I highly recommend Mr. Ramirez and he is the first one I would call with any future problems

He came on the Friday before the 20th told us what he would have to do and how much it would cost. Started on the date he said and finish in 2 days as promise. Was a hard job to knock out bricks in a such a small work area and replace bricks etc. Very happy with him and his work hopefully in another week we will get another cold front where we can test our fireplace. I understand that he does tile as well when we get ready will definitely call him to install tile in rooms that needs it. Thank You Julian for all the hard work and being such a honest person! "Yesterday morning I noticed some water dripping down from the ceiling and a huge water ring. In addition to that, the bedroom door casing was cracked and water logged along with the sheetrock. Due to the recent storm activity, I automatically assumed it was a roof leak. I called several roofers to see if someone could come out immediately but to no avail, especially since there had been some extensive hail in the area. Ware Roofing was recommended to me by a coworker. I called them and they came out that same afternoon. After inspecting the roof, they determined it was not the roof that was leaking, it was my water heater that is in the attic. They purchased a new one and installed it the same afternoon! I couldn't be happier! They didn't ask for any money up front and they installed it for $600, including the water heater. Today, they are back and repairing my ceiling, wall and door casing for $500 including material. Extremely professional and very pleasant demeanor. I will update my review once its complete and try to get some pics of the before and after of the repairs.

"Frank returned our call right away and came by later the same day for an estimate. The above mentioned door had not yet been removed, and he offered to do that as well as enclose it. We agreed to his price and he and crew started work the next day. He gave timeline of 2-3 days and work was actually finished in 2 days. They removed the door, built the exterior wall, and of course, all the required steps to apply the stucco. They did a great job creating/matching the raised border/trim on our house. The other exterior wall that was repaired looks like new as well. He gave good advice on other simple repairs and improvements we could do ourselves. The work site was clean every day. He did provide an invoice with 90 day guarantee. We were extremely pleased with the work done by Frank and his crew and would hire again without reservation.
