"When technician arrived, he came to the door and said he would start in a bit. He sat in his truck for 30 minutes before starting. All work completed satisfactorily, but one issue. He left two water hoses turned on at the wall (turned off at the sprayer). One hose was spraying water at the connection on back porch, the other sprayed on me when I disconnected the hose from the faucet,(preparing for cold weather). Not the worse, but surprised he did not leave them like he found them. "
