GREAT company!

IDR roofing did an amazing job repairing rotted fascia. they replaced existing rain gutters and reconfigured them so roof would drain. The work was perfectly matched and the configuration installed both logical and anesthetically pleasing. So HAPPY!!! would recommend. they did exactly what they said they would do. What a relief.

I worked with Joseph Casella. It was so easy! He contacted my insurance company for me and worked with my agent. The crew was kind and respectful and it was finished in 2 days! Joseph even offered to take my dog to his house because he is scared of loud noises! Altogether, it was just incredibly easy, finished quickly, and my roof looks and functions perfectly! My insurance actually went down in price because of the incredible quality, and the fact that the new roof now has a 50-year warranty! ID Roofing went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone!

ID Roofing responded within a few hours after discovering a leak in our dining room ceiling. The water was a result of an area on the roof where an eave had been improperly installed years earlier. Our was a minor job from a cost perspective to other major roof repairs, but they did the work in a professional manner and in the time frame they proposed. They also came in at the estimated amount. If needed, will use them again.

Shannon was so easy to work with. She is very knowledgeable and so very helpful from the beginning. The crew was here and finished so quickly. They cleaned up afterward. I would highly recommend them!

ID Roofing installed a beautiful new roof on our home. The whole experience was easy and stress-free. Shannon gave us great advice on our material and aesthetic options (there are many!), and kept us informed throughout the installation process. She's great to work with: Helpful, friendly and with all the information at her fingertips. The roofing job was completed swiftly -- far quicker than we anticipated -- and the finished work is strikingly high quality, right down to little but important details, like the trim. Oh, and we were kind of amazed by this one: They actually left the yard *neater* than when they arrived. Long story short: Our home got a huge boost to its curb appeal. If you're shopping around for roofing services, you really can't go wrong with this company.

Paul worked directly with our Farmers Insurance adjuster providing her the informations needed to expedite the project and we were amazed at how swiftly they responded with date and a plan of action. The roofing itself was amazing. To watch the professionalism of the team of roofers remove the old roof and install the new, paying attention to every detail, was a sight to see. This team working with Paul was like a well oiled machine. They were professional in every sense right down to the clean up. Needing new gutters, I could not have made a better decision. Not knowing what to expect since I did not know anyone personally who had hired ID Roofing, all I could go by were the reviews of other satisfied customers. Now it is my turn to give ID Roofing a 5 star review. The price was right, the communication was excellent and so was the product. They even included an "extra." When it is time for a new roof, I know who to call.

He and his crew were easy to work with, were hard workers , covered plants and other items so there was no damage. He was here to make sure things were going well. It is nice to see that customer service is still out there. Would not hesitate to hire again
