The owner, Dakota, arrived and cleaned the gutters at my house. I did subsequently find Easter eggs and golf balls in my downspouts which were missed on the cleaning. Dakota had offered to re-seal my pluming vents on the roof but did not return to do this. It was over and above the gutter cleaning, but he should not have offered if he did not intend to return and actually do it.
