This type of quick installation gives the plants that are removed for installation of the piers a much better chance of surviving.

"BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY – SCAMMERS I hired Level Pro Foundation to do foundation work on my home. Approximately 9 months after the work was done I began to notice cracks in my tile and sheetrock again. The company came to readjust the piers, approximately 9 months later there was additional damage. After multiple calls, the company came out to repair part of the damages, leaving a substantial amount of damages unrepaired. During the second repair, It was discovered that the company never pulled permits for the original work. The owner Randy Rose was double fined by the city for not pulling permits. Randy assured me he would come back out to finish the work once he could get everything straightened out with the city. After multiple calls and emails, Randy has now said I will need to pay him additional money to fix the damages caused by his company. I would also like to add, this company told me that they will only take payment in cash. Lee Preuss said they are able to keep their prices down by taking cash so they don’t have to pay taxes. This company is scamming individuals by not pulling permit and doing subpar work, they are also scamming the government by not paying taxes."
