Brandon and his crews were professional and courteous. It was not easy working around a family living in the house you are remodeling, but they made it seem like it was. We did the house in 3 phases with Brandon and his workers giving us time to move stuff around in between phases. If ever I needed anything I could call and Brandon would respond. Brandon was on site almost every day making sure things were going well and that I was happy with the work. There was only one major problem during the kitchen portion of the remodel and that was fixed in a few days of when I noticed it. I cannot say enough good things about BiG Deal and the main subs Edwin and Abel. The other subs we worked with were Polo for electric and Javier for the granite. I will miss not seeing them around my house!

I'm really happy with the work Brandon and his team at BiG Deal Construction did on our house as we prepare to sell. They gave us very reasonable quotes for interior painting, and they installed a new gas hot water heater. They also repaired some aesthetic "spalling" around our foundation which exceeded what the buyer's requested in their inspection report. Their quotes consistently beat those of competitors and they got each of the jobs done within a few days of me contacting them. Brandon has consistently struck me as being knowledgeable about a broad variety of home repair and construction issues, from painting to plumbing to drywall. I'd recommend them to a friend.
