"I've been using McCarty Electric to service my Generacg generator for the past 3 or 4 years. I do not have any complaints about the employees of this company, but the owner, Keith McCarty, is very rude. They serviced my generator in the beginning of January 2023 and at the end of February 2023 there was an issue with the battery on the generator. The company sent a technician out on February 23, 2023 to fix the problem and the company charged me another service fee for something that should have been taken care of in January. So when I talked to the owner, Keith McCarty, about my concerns with the invoice he was rude and aggressive. Near the end of the conversation he had the nerve to tell me that I was waisting his time. Needless to say I will no longer be using their services."

Our company is an A+ accredited buisness with the BBB. We are experts in painting, trim carpentry, tile, wood/laminate/ vinyl and tile flooring. We also do bathroom remodels. We use a contract on all jobs and require a 50 percent down payment to start job.

"They said it would be a 3 day job. The first day they were there for 90 minutes. The second day they didn't show at all. The third they were there for 5 hours. Because they were so far behind and in a hurry to finish they pretty much threw the shower in, it doesn't align and they lied to my husband and said the shower door only could be installed one way, when in fact it would work opening to the left or the right. Then they asked for more money because the job took longer than expected."
