I've been using McCarty Electric to service my Generacg generator for the past 3 or 4 years. I do not have any complaints about the employees of this company, but the owner, Keith McCarty, is very rude. They serviced my generator in the beginning of January 2023 and at the end of February 2023 there was an issue with the battery on the generator. The company sent a technician out on February 23, 2023 to fix the problem and the company charged me another service fee for something that should have been taken care of in January. So when I talked to the owner, Keith McCarty, about my concerns with the invoice he was rude and aggressive. Near the end of the conversation he had the nerve to tell me that I was waisting his time. Needless to say I will no longer be using their services.

It went fairly well. I thought the price may have been a bit high >$300, but they did really good work, were on time and got the job done.

Knew exactly what needed to be done and performed services quickly and professionally.

Called and Angie said she would talk to Keith and call me back. No call back. Called again next day and was told they would call me later today with a time they could come out. Again, no call.

They do excellent work.  The quality is an “A”.  Sometimes they run late but they usually call.  Their electricians are excellent.  They explain everything that they do and what needs to be done.  They take care of the premises.  They handle all of the details.  We have used them off and on for five years.  We got a reference form them from our next door neighbor.

In early July 2013, I called McCarty Electric Company to service the generator that they installed at my home.  I was told that a repairman would come to my home in a few days.  Two weeks went by and no McCarty repairman came.  I called McCarty Electric again and requested a repairman.  Another week went by and no McCarty repairman came.  On August 1, 2013, I called McCarty Electric a third time and requested a repairman.  I was told that McCarty Electric could not come to service my generator that week and that McCarty Electric would try to make a service call next week, but they could not schedule a specific time and date for the service call.  At that point, I fired McCarty Electric.
