All went smoothly

Very pleased, Bill finished job on time and in budget. Very helpful in working out the design to match the house. Caught errors made in the floor plan which was drawn up by a different company. Excellent communication regarding project status and advising who/when subs would be at the property. We have used Bill to redesign a wall inside existing house too.

All repairs went smoothly. Everything was completed on time. Bill Kyle was exceptional as usual.

Bill Kyle at Bill Kyle Custom Homes/7K Construction has completed several jobs for my husband and me. Our first experience with Bill Kyle was back in 2003. He custom built our home on our land. He handled everything from start to finish including the water well and septic tank. After the completion of our house we needed a small metal barn and a fence. Mr. Kyle took care of that as well. He is the only person we trust doing work on our property, so when we had to move due to my husband's job and had to rent out our house, we called Mr. Kyle. We explained to him we would be hours away and needed someone to look out for the house should our renters call with problem. Sure enough we had an issue. Lightning struck the telephone pole close to the house and blew out the ac unit. I called Mr. Kyle the same evening my renters called me, and he was at the property checking things out by 8:00 the next morning. He called the guys that handle all of his air conditioning needs, and I had a brand new ac unit by the next afternoon...all of this done with me hours away. In January of 2011 we wanted to pressure wash and repaint the outside of the house. While I was in town, I met with Mr. Kyle to pick out paint colors. He told me it would be a few weeks before he could start the job, but I had the emailed contract the next day. I signed it and maild him a check. Three weeks later he called to let me know he would be starting the job. I was not going to be in town for another month, so he emailed me pictures of the new paint job as soon as he finished it. I had renters in the house at the time, and they, too, were pleased with Mr. Kyle. Again, this was all taken care of while I was hours away. I can't express enough how nice it is to have someone conduct a business the way Bill Kyle conducts his. If you want a bid on a job or just have a question, he will call you back...usually the same day, but definitely by the next day. He is fair and honest. and I highly reccommend him for any of your construction, remodeling, or custom home needs. No job is too big and no job is too small; he will take care of you.
