"A roof repair was performed by Cory at Coastal Roofing, and shortly after he left it started leaking, and every time we receive heavy rains, it continues to leak. I paid $2,500 for the repair and was told that the slingers were warranted for 20 years, materials and workmanship. Obviously, this is still under warranty, but the company doesn’t appear to warranty their own work. The existing roof was installed in 2015. The repair by Coastal is about three years old. Again, tge shingles used are warranted 20 years, and the installer (Cory) should warranty his workmanship. I hired Coastal because they were the only roofing company I knew of and I want my money to stay in Lumberton.
