"Needed a new set of outdoor stairs for entry to second floor room over garage. Bruce came out right away and looked at the situation. Received a VERY reasonable quote for a brand new floating stairs staircase. It was measured and hand constructed with tubular steel and cement steps. He is very up to date on building codes so I knew this was the man to hire. He knocked off a several hundred dollars for my help as I love painting, and since I am retired, I do not mind helping out where I can. His measurements for the stairs were perfect, everything fits perfectly. Our staircase is extremely high for a second story run and his normal lift was a few inches short to handle the runner, so believe it or not he made another lift with no additional cost to me. This man could have been in the Navy Seabees or some type of outfit like that, what he can build with his own two hands is absolutely amazing. I learned a lot from him.
