He was very good but too expensive the first time he did the iron fence repair. He was on time and professional but when I tried to hired him again, he didn t budge in the price not even a little as a repeated customer. I had to find another guy to do the job in my budget. I gave him less than 5 point not because of his work or performance which was impeccable, but his prices. Sad to say. I will recommend him for sure with a note attached of $$$$.
