He put thin brick on a 20 foot high wall in order to match the existing brick on our fireplace and then lime washed all of the brick. The before, and after pictures are dramatically different, and we are very pleased with the finished product."

This is an update to our July 13, 2014 review of services provided, at which time Wally had designed and provided all required architectural drawings, 3-D views and plot plans required by our community HOA for approval .

After a significant wait for final response from the HOA, the original covered patio plan for the  placement and size and design we wanted, were denied. That brought major disappointment, delays and the need to go back to the drawing board. So back to Wally we went for help.

Wally redesigned the structure to accommodate the space available and again prepared all the drawings, documents, plot plan and 3-D views required by the HOA, in a very timely manner. He provided this excellent service at NO cost. How grateful we are to Wally for his timely and generous assistance. The HOA has approved the revised project plan. A great service and result. "Everything went excellent. Chris, Matthew and crew were tireless, courteous and most professional. A joy to work with and be around. This is a very rural area of Texas with long distances from their base to our house, they traveled many miles early in the morning and worked many days in 100 degree heat. As with any construction project there were surprises and delays for things, a normal occurrence whenever you are dealing with sealed areas and you open them up there will be things you do not want to see.
Chris and Matthew really showed their character when dealing with our railings, a combination of metal and wood construction. It took a few extra days and I'm sure many extra hours in their workshop putting them together to where they were sturdy enough to hold up to the long distances they had to traverse. I mention this because they were adamant that my wife and I would be pleased with the final product and we are very pleased. I would recommend this firm for anything, if they say they can do it they will and to your satisfaction."
