This is a very rural area of Texas with long distances from their base to our house, they traveled many miles early in the morning and worked many days in 100 degree heat. As with any construction project there were surprises and delays for things, a normal occurrence whenever you are dealing with sealed areas and you open them up there will be things you do not want to see. Chris and Matthew really showed their character when dealing with our railings, a combination of metal and wood construction. It took a few extra days and I'm sure many extra hours in their workshop putting them together to where they were sturdy enough to hold up to the long distances they had to traverse. I mention this because they were adamant that my wife and I would be pleased with the final product and we are very pleased. I would recommend this firm for anything, if they say they can do it they will and to your satisfaction."
"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
