He "got it".  After a couple of meetings and revisions we had plans that encompassed our ideas with his design knowledge and expertise. "It was very good. I just have to get some money together so they can paint it but it's awesome. It has a toddler swing and the 3 year old loves it. Its a huge clubhouse. It's 8 foot by 8 foot. It's completely roofed and has a little workshop in it. They were very professional. They offered ideas the were better than the original outline. They went above and beyond. We looked at the ones at Walmart and they were horrible for $600 and not as steardy."
