"The salesman sold us on a job that was not what he sold. The job started a day late, took 1 1//2 days longer and almost went over the weekend with 11 holes surrounding my house. Most of the crew were very hard workers but a few liked to take long breaks, sitting in our outside rocking chairs leaving chicken bones for our dog to choke on. I was to told that when they left, I would be left with a foot high wall of dirt/concrete surrounding 3 sides of my house. The hoses that were dug in the patios were filled quickly at the very end of the job and dried uneven and look sloppy. I had to call 3 times to get someone to come back out to fix the cracks in the outside walls as promised by the salesman. I was told that there would be a job foreman visiting at least once a day and would keep me updated on the progress. I saw him once, the very last day to get the check for the job."

"Sales staff, the installation was great. The steel pier approach seems much better system than concrete piers. The pier installation seemed like a very professional job however, the restoration of the flower beds or finish work was horrible. Plants were left up rooted. I had an in-ground working drip system and they disconnected it and just thew it on top of the flower beds... no attention to detail. I highly recommend the steel pier system but the finish work sucks..."

"We had Thrasher look at the same project & all I wanted to know if it was repairable, the cost, & when it could be completed. He came out & recommended tearing out my front steps and starting over. There was nothing they could do to repair the front steps into our home. APEX representative looked at the project and asked me have someone remove or slide the concrete step forward to inspect the concrete step to see if it was hollow, if so they, they could raise the concrete sidewalk that the step was installed on. It was hollow, they looked it over, gave me a bid, & scheduled the date to complete the project, and completed the project. Completely satisfied!"

"Integrity provided a free quote, which came in lower than two other quotes. The quote called for less work than the other two. So I called and asked the owner, who also does the estimates, why he recommended less work than the other two had. He explained that he could see that the house had foundation work done back in the day, and that he could add twice as many new supports as he suggested, but that it wouldn't do much good in the long run. There was a particular spot in the house where new supports were necessary, but beyond that the existing supports looked good and just needed to be re-shimmed. I gathered from our conversation that he knows what he is doing, so we went ahead with the job. His team of ~6 guys showed up right on time on the scheduled day and worked hard for about 5-6 hours. The floor is much more level than before, not totally perfect, but much better. The plumber and engineer were both on time the next day to review the work. The independent engineer said that the house passes his structural integrity test. He also said that I could spend 2-3 times more than I did trying to get the house perfectly level, but it would almost certainly be impossible given the age of the house and the frequency with which the ground moves in that area. 
All in all, I found Integrity to be professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and fair with prices.
