"Roofing USA were very professional throughout. They were punctual, although the work got done a few weeks later than planned but such delays happen in this industry. They seem to have done a good job with the Gaco coating, although I did have to ask them to come back after they were done to redo a few patches that didn't get a thick enough layer. They were happy to do that. They only had to resurface part of my roof - the rest is a walkable roof deck - and they did leave many spots of Gaco on the roof deck which I had to ask them to come back and remove. I though the price was expensive but it was easily going to work out cheaper than the other two companies I contacted. They also had the least disruptive plan for working around my AC/heating unit. I got a higher bid from A+ Sustainable Coatings, and Hollywood Roofing told me I would have to hire a crane to lift that unit off the roof while they worked, which they said would be about $2500. I never did get a complete bid from them but with that extra cost I assumed it wouldn't be competitive, and I didn't think the crane was necessary. With Roofing USA, the price worked out at about $7 per square foot."

"Omar and his crew were professional, dependable, courteous, thoughtful and considerate. They did all they could to make this experience and excellent one. The workmanship is excellent and we would compare it to anyone else's. They finished our project which was a gutted bathroom, putting down flooring, beadboard, chair rail, baseboard, putting in shower, vanity commode. Omar put down flooring in front of our front door and built a steady ramp for our storage building. WE have other projects that we will be doing in the future. And even though I thought I had in my mind a pretty good picture of what I wanted, it wasn't until I was able to see how much better there suggested color palette and design worked better for the space. They take their time and pay attention to details. They did other work outside the scope of the plan and didn't charge extra. I will be hiring them again for future projects."
