I have an older home in West, the AC & Heat system was over 35 years old. Over my first 20 years with the house Roger would come out to service and keep the dinosaur going. but it finally came time to replace it. After considering the age, structure, insulation, windows and other variables, Roger gave me a very reasonable quote with different options that he considered would be the best way to make the house comfortable. The entire house was done in a day and half. His crew works quickly and efficiently and are just plain nice guys to deal with. They were very mindful of not making a mess and cleaning up. It's been a few months now and the dead of summer (temps around 102) and the system is working great. It cools down the house with minimum running. Just for kicks I turned it way down one afternoon and almost froze. The cost of$6400 included everything, including ducts and attic work. Thanks Roger!
