He helped us to make a difficult and expensive purchase decision. The contract was signed Friday evening and the work was completed by Thursday afternoon. The installers Ricardo and Omar arrived promptly on install day morning at 8am and worked quickly to do all the work by 4pm. They respected our home and kept work areas clean with tarps. Omar especially kept me informed of the progress of the project throughout the day. Ricardo as the lead installer was very skilled in performing the work and knowledgeable about all the details of the project. "I recently had a sunroom installed by Patio Enclosures. In a storm, my sunroom roof flew up and onto my house roof and damaged the sunroom. At that point, I noticed it was not installed properly by the previous company. Tim came by and helped me design the new sunroom in which I'm thoroughly impressed and happy with. Tim was very helpful and attentive to my concerns and was great at offering suggestions. Another person I was impressed with was Jason. He was the best!! He came out and built the sunroom. Jason was very detailed and professional throughout the entire process, addressing any questions and/or concerns I may have had during the build.
