All of our technicians are employees and undergo a thorough criminal background check before being allowed to become a Fort Worth Refinishing technician. Each technician then undergoes a thorough 60-90 day training program before coming to your home or place of business to work on your project. Our materials are proven by testing and experience to be the best available providing a strong durable finish that will last for years. "We are nearly 1 year from when we contracted with Brian for our 30x24 back deck. The deck was partially finished June 2023, with half the deck getting 1 coat and the other half getting 2 coats. Needless to say it’s two different colors and not in a good way. There are several construction issues (gates sagging / boards popping / spindles too long / stairs not supported and sagging). We told Brian in October 2023 that we wanted a portion of the money back so we could hire someone to fix it. He came out, said he would get back to us that week. Nothing. 4 months later we messaged again and got no response. At this point, we are done and have held off with the review until now."
