"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

They supplied samples of paint which ended up true to what we got. All trims were clean with straight edges. They always let me know when they would be here and never delayed the job for any reason. These people worked very hard with just a lunch break and long hours. We were able to live in our house while the work was being done. Jason was so kind and considerate while the work was being done it was a welcome change from other teams we have used in the past. They were not the cheapest but were great with the quality and there is not need fix anything afterwards. Cleanup was quick and complete. I will be using them again!"
