"I have had over 30 contractors at my home as it has been basically rebuilt. This company has been the most professional i have dealt with. Showed up on time, communicated progress, cleaned up at the end of each day COMPLETELY, came with all necessary tools and supplies.
Along the width of the house, all of the walls were removed from the floor to aprox 2 feet. Lower portion of studs and base plates removed, walls sealed with amazing product, studs, base plate and walls replaced (not the sheetrock). All lower level floors sealed.
We have had over 5" of rain in the last 24 hours. This is the first time since i have owned this house that the floors have not flooded when we have saturated soil and heavy rain.
Incredible product, excellent company. i highly recommend both.

"We were contacted by Chad Saladino after signing up. He brought samples and spent time going over what the job entailed . The job started on time and was finished when promised, we had new floors and decking replaced through the entire house. We also had him replace the roof, and replace the insulation under the house. We are very happy with the way everything was done and how everything was cleaned before they left. I would recommend Chad and Gulf Coast Flooring again."

"Not only did ken show up last min on a Sunday to diagnose the issue with my a.c. the part that was needed wasn't available until the following day. Not only did he leave us with a very large commercial grade portable a.c. to get us by but he was back in under like 12 hours and fixed her all up. Still blowing artic cold."
