"Jesse did some brick sealing work for me a few years ago and he was the first person I called to look at replacing some siding and window trim on my house. He came to look at the scope of the work I wanted done and quoted me a very fair price. He indicated he could begin in about 2 weeks and that worked well for my schedule. Over 2 days, he removed rotted window trim and a section of siding on my house and replaced it with new siding and trim, custom cut on site to fit the area. He also did some wood trim work repair in another spot and replaced two more trim boards on two separate windows at the front of my home. Finally, he installed a couple of rain gutter valley splash guards for me. He did excellent work and I will call on him again for future projects that I have."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"The crew of Means Painting did a fabulous job painting the outside of my two story house! My husband and I aren't the only ones to love the work they did, neighbors have given us numerous compliments.  The job took three days to complete, one day to clean and prep and two days to paint. "An estimator came out and gave us a quote Saturday morning for 7 windows facing west on our home. He offered multiple colors of screen. Something they suggested that other companies did not was different protection for the lower versus the bottom. We have windows upstairs that are not covered by a patio, these used the 90% screens. For the bottom windows that still face west but are slightly covered by the patio, they use a 80% to still let more light into the living area inside. I thought this was a great idea. Screens were installed while we were at work 3 days later, estimated completion time was 2 to 7 days based on the weather forecast for that week. I don't blame for not wanting to be on a roof during serve weather. 
The cost was lower than the other 2 estimates I received. I never flt pressured by LSSS like other solar screen companies. 
We will be doing the other side of the house next year and will go back to LSSS without question.

"We had 3 estimates done on replacing the siding on our 2-story chimney. It had been damaged by squirrels who had taken up residence (we had our exterminator come and clear out the nest and patch the holes, but the siding itself was damaged). Robert was the first one to respond, the first one to submit an estimate (it was submitted the day after the request was made...one of the other estimates didn't come in until almost a week later!), and provided us with an estimate that was significantly below the other two that came in. Aging shingles with some loss of granules and one area of sagging. Roof was eighteen years old and aging as expected in this area of the country. Hail damage was identified. Cause of sagging was discovered and excellent technical recommendations were made to correct the problem. Price estimate was accurate and satisfied our objective of a quality roof at a fair price. The estimate was competitive with other roofing companies with a reputation for quality. I visited inspected four roofs that Woodlands Roofing had completed within the past year or two and liked what I saw. Our homeowners insurer inspected our roof and agreed with hail damage. The price estimate was in line with our insurer's assessment. Amica Mutual also noted some ceiling damage and recommended it be repaired. We began to feel we were in good hands. The roofing job was carefully done under the supervision of Mr. Evans. His crew was experienced and knew how to do their work. In years past, I have help other family members and friends with their roofing projects. The sagging was properly corrected and should never happen again. The roof looks beautiful and we are well pleased! Mr. Edwards may provide our name as a reference if your project is similar to ours. Cost of project including ceiling repairs were in $24,000 range. There were no surprises or unexpected costs."
