As well as preserving the land, leaving behind an organic biodegradable layer of ground covering with richer and more fertile soil as it stabilizes and protects from erosion and encourages native plants growth. This method provides an option for land clearing that is easier, eats up less time and money, and alleviates environmental risks. The process is accomplished by using a single piece of equipment eliminating any need for burning or haul off.
