Family owned and operated. Established in 2010. A company with experience, were your not just a customer your part of the Clear Water family! We do the cleaning & you do the swimming! Let us take care of your pool. Service: We net surface, brush entire pool and steps, empty skimmer and pump baskets, monitor pressure and back wash when needed, we recommend doing a filter clean at least twice a year and inspect filtration for any issues. We provide regular chemicals. No extra charges ever without discussion. Prices depends on the size of your pool and trees around pool. We also offer Draining of Pools, Acid Washes, and Resurfaces.

Got our pool clear and balanced after we had almost given up hope doing chemicals ourselves. Saved money on chemical costs. Also advised on needed repairs to equipment. Very dependable and responsive. Also polite.

The individuals were very nice and did a good job of cleaning the filters and power washing the pool. However when it comes to following through they are a definite miss. They have been paid in full and didn’t care to finish the job. I had to contact them to let them know the pool had filled and when I ask when they would be by to put the chemicals in , they said tomorrow. Half way though the day I called again to ask and was told they are not sure. I advised I was turning on the pump because I didn’t want the water to sit. When I went to the equipment it was still dismantled so I put it back together. So and entire day as passed with no chemicals in the pool. Now they are closed.. They don’t seem to care about finishing the job since they have been paid in Full.

"This is so disappointing to read this we gave you a great deal on draining and power wash a huge pool of 30,000 gallons. You seemed incredibly happy and thanked us for our price and said everyone else was so greedy, you did not have to put the equipment back together it was put back together the day we finished the drain, as a courtesy to her I was going to return and adjust chemical ,which we did. We're never closed really, we always answer our cell phones. You could have texted me with any concerns you may have had, we have texted with you to start the job. You paid us in full because you were happy and the job was complete we did everything we said we were going to do and I am completely baffled by this review."

"We did provide bi weekly service for 2 months. Your day was Friday. You kept going out of town requesting your service day be a different one we accommodated.We came out on the last visit it was 20 degrees and a wind chill in the 10s and the pool is a very clean pool on its own. There is nothing to get out of the baskets there's nothing to get out of the pump basket. We checked chemical. We checked the pressure we brushed, we weren't there maybe five minutes because there are two people servicing one pool, that is clean so it will go faster and it was very cold. We did what we were hired to do. This review isn't fair or accurate. This review is base off of the last visit. You hired us because you said the last pool people kept sending different people."

We were getting our house ready for sale and Jamie and Jim came through for us. We had to move in the middle of the work, and they coordinated everything with our real estate agent. All was completed on time before closing, making the new buyer happy. They did a great job and on time givem all the rain and setbacks we had. Clear Water comes highly recommended!

Was having a problem with my pump that my normal company could not fix so I called Jimmy and he came over to the house within 5 minutes. He looked over the system and everything ended up being fine and he did not charge anything for his time. Very professional and will call again for any pool repair needs.

I can’t say enough good things here about Jamie. He responds right away and does a great job. I was lost needing help getting my pool ready for the summer. I was given some bad advice from other service company’s. Then I couldn’t get a return call. I contacted Jamie out of desperation. He came out right away and was honest and trustworthy. I signed up for monthly service and have been beyond happy with the great customer service and care!

They have fixed every issue I have had with my pool. I have been able to trust them performing services while i'm not home. They're always very friendly and personable. If you have an emergency. they will still work you in regardless of how busy they are. They are always in and out very quickly.
