"Mr.Yanez was very prompt in reaching out to me for scheduling a visit. He was professional, knowledgeable and took the time for any questions I asked. I did ask for a lot of work in which he provided a detailed itemized quote with a breakdown of each task. I did not rate 5 stars for everything due to weather issues that impeded the mulch work for two separate work days, currently waiting on the third visit to get the work done. Pricing was a little higher than other vendors, but I wanted to give another professional a chance to see what they may e able to offer. I may have paid a higher price but also got to see various tasks being done with all quality outputs. I m in the process of scheduling a re-occurring service with them. i would also recommend them to others too."

"Cam did a great job! On Monday, we made an appointment for him to arrive on Tuesday afternoon to load our junk for removal. He kept me posted on his arrival time, and arrived on time. He had everything he needed to load the stuff on his truck and secure the load. He was very efficient. I will certainly call him if I ever need a job like this done again!"

"This company made our cleanup project so much easier. Scheduling was simple, the dumpster was clean, arrived exactly when promised, and pickup was just as reliable. Professional, responsive, and reasonably priced. It?s rare to find a company that does exactly what they say they?ll do, but this one exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again!"

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

Government regulations such as the EPA and OSHA govern lead removal procedures to ensure health and environmental safety during and after abatement.

Unfortunately, lead dust does not look different from any other type of dust. You cannot detect it with the naked eye. To determine if you have lead dust in your home, you will need to hire a local company to take a sample from the paint and test it for you in a lab.

The best disposal method for hazardous waste is to take it to a professional dumping facility that specializes in and accepts hazardous materials. These facilities will dispose of the materials in a way that is safe for both humans and the environment. If you don’t have access to a nearby facility, the best way to get rid of hazardous waste is to call a professional garbage removal company who handles disposing of hazardous materials .

The best disposal method for hazardous waste is recycling or donation, if possible. That way, the world can reduce its consumption of raw materials and the volume at which materials have to be treated and disposed of. If recycling or donation is not an option, most waste can be disposed of through landfills or incinerators, but their collection and treatment are separate from regular day-to-day waste disposal.

While not all homes built before 1978 contain lead paint, enough do, so you’ll still want to test to be on the safe side. The federal government banned lead-based paint for homes in 1978, but your state may have banned lead before that time. Around 24% of homes built between 1960 and 1977 contained lead-based paint, while 87% of homes built before 1940 contained lead-based paint.
