Yanez Tree & Lawn

They were hired to mow and weed eat the grass bi-weekly. They were asked to trim hedges away from house and tidy them up in addition to a rock area that had tall weeds with their initial service. We agreed that that the beds around the trees did not need trimming, but for some reason they completely removed the beautiful foliage from those areas. We hope they did not put round-up around those trees. They knocked down the tall weeds but left all of that along with pieces of pulled up landscaping material for us to clean up. This is where they were supposed to clean up and spray round-up. I bagged up most of the debris but still a mess and lots of shorter weeds. At least no apparent permanent damage there. As for the beds around the trees, one is completely destroyed and the other has little left. Were told they would look into it. We are waiting for a response. Have before & after pics. Can't upload here.

They were very efficient, and asked if I was satisfied or to cut more limbs , etc. they cleaned up after the limbs removal! Good work!

Prompt. Polite. Listened to our concerns. Efficient. Lazaro performed all of the trimming. Frequently checked to assure that our wishes were met. Cleaned as they went, so minimal cleanup required at completion. Safely conscious. I plan on using them again for future trimming / pruning needs.

Mr.Yanez was very prompt in reaching out to me for scheduling a visit. He was professional, knowledgeable and took the time for any questions I asked. I did ask for a lot of work in which he provided a detailed itemized quote with a breakdown of each task. I did not rate 5 stars for everything due to weather issues that impeded the mulch work for two separate work days, currently waiting on the third visit to get the work done. Pricing was a little higher than other vendors, but I wanted to give another professional a chance to see what they may e able to offer. I may have paid a higher price but also got to see various tasks being done with all quality outputs. I m in the process of scheduling a re-occurring service with them. i would also recommend them to others too.

Great service for the price

I cannot rate this company yet, because all they have done so far is pull up big weeds. That was an excellent job. I can rate better after they start mowing.

The boss was very nice, the workers were fast but the brush removal quote was rather high at $600 so I did it myself. Plus not a big fan of cigarette butts being thrown in the yard. Otherwise they work good.
