"It went well at first, but one section of the cement 'de-laminated' the overlay bubbled and pealed. I had already paid my balance. He fixed it right away, with the wrong color, but assured me he could fix that. Not long after it was fixed, if bubbled again, then it was excuse after excuse why he couldn't get out to fix it. From February to May, I followed up again and again, it was never fixed. In the end, the owner blamed the newer section of the cement walkway. The newer area is bad, but now the older part of the walkway is also failing. I have all correspondence and texts for anyone interested. I do not recommend this company at all. I'm out over $4,000 with a walkway that looks even worse than what's pictured here, the other sections are now broken and cracked. Don't let sweet talking, polite, good communication skills fool you, it's backed up by inexperience."
