David was recommended to us by Sundance Energy after Sundance put in a fireplace insert. David came by and gave my husband and I an estimate which we felt was reasonable. Took a bit longer than I expected however it turned out beautifully. I had no idea that tile work would be completed and we would not be able to use our new insert for two weeks. Adhesive needs time to dry and adhere. Three more steps to go through after that. Each step takes time so be prepared to wait. The wait is well worth it. I would recommend and use Inside and Out Renovation again.

Kenny was very professional. He showed up on time, did the work in a timely manner and cleaned up really well afterwards. I would definitely recommend him to anyone else.

I was quite impressed that Mr. Johns was able to make such a good quality repair in a relatively short period of time (and particularly in just one evening). Generally wallboard repairs require several layers of mud to dry and be sanded between each layer. It takes considerable care and talent to be able to make a smooth finish hole repair in one application, which Mr. Johns was able to do. Besides being talented, Mr. Johns was very careful to keep the work area very clean. I would definitely recommend his services again.

Kenny was very courteous, friendly and tidy. He showed up on time and even called ahead to make sure the time still worked for me. He cleaned up afterwards. He even humored my three-year old son, who sat and watched him work, asking many questions. The work is great, and I am sure that once I get a coat of paint up there, you will never be able to tell that there had ever been a hole. Kenny also does a wide range of other services (bath and kitchen remodels) and I would be happy to hire him again in the future.

He's knowledgeable about his craft and offers helpful suggestions. When he built the fence he finished ahead of schedule and under budget. Kenny is both professional and friendly, with an upbeat manner. He was good with my dog - patient and understanding of how to handle him if Jack escaped the house during the build. His ideas added value to project but not extra expense; in fact, his choices were less expensive than what I'd originally requested.
