"In general the organization seemed very "thin-skinned".  In doing business and negotiating a price, sometimes it seemed they were taking the process very personally. I was not used to that at all. But if I concentrated on price and bit my tongue things worked out.
A most unusual transaction to say the least.  Somewhat disconcerting.
