The plumber and his assistant arrived promptly on time, were courteous and professional, kept the mess to a minimum, and did the work quickly while keeping me informed of their progress. It was not an easy job and involved getting into the crawlspace to wrestle with the old cast iron pipe. The whole operation took six hours. They hauled out the old fixtures, and left the room as I asked them to: ready for me to fix the drywall, which they cut in a perfect rectangle, and install a new toilet and sink base cabinet. I really could not have asked for the job to go any better. "

Mr. King was great to work with as he provided me several options for water proofing (for the future) and he installed a sump pump which is what I needed as the first step. He was on time, cleaned up after the job was done (and during) and wanted to make sure we were very happy with his work. I waited to do a review because I wanted to see how the sump pump worked after rain. We have had a couple of good rain events since it was installed and we heard it working and doing its job. The unit is a little loud, but knowing it is working and moving the water out of the crawlspace is all that matters to me."
"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."
