"MY MOTHER HAD BEEN HOSPITALIZED PREVIOUSLY, MY DAD HOME ALONE WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE KITCHEN SINK NOT DRAINING. WE WERE UNABLE TO GET SERVICE FROM HIS USUAL PLUMBER AND REVIEWED OPTIONS ON ANGIE'S LIST AND SELECTED 3D PLUMBING FROM THE COMPANIES PROVIDED. WE WERE ABLE TO SET UP AND APPOINTMENT FOR THE SAME DAY.  HOWEVER I WAS INFORMED THAT THEY WOULD BE OUT LATER THAN EXPECTED, MY MOTHER WAS SCHEDULED FOR SURGERY THE VERY SAME DAY. I CONTACTED THE OFFICE TO EXPLAIN I NEEDED TO RETURN TO THE HOSPITAL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THE OFFICE RECEPTIONIST PLACED US AT THE TOP OF THE LIST AND THEY RESPONDED IN 20 MINUTES AND HAD THE PROBLEM RESOLVED IN 45 MINUTES. I AM SO GRATEFUL TO THEM FOR THE QUICK RESPONSE AND RESOLUTION.  MY PARENTS NOW HAVE A NEW  PLUMBING SERVICE.
