"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

"Expo Home did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Maurice our sales representative came to our home and very thoughtfully walked us through everything. He helped us to make a difficult and expensive purchase decision. The contract was signed Friday evening and the work was completed by Thursday afternoon. The installers Ricardo and Omar arrived promptly on install day morning at 8am and worked quickly to do all the work by 4pm. They respected our home and kept work areas clean with tarps. Omar especially kept me informed of the progress of the project throughout the day. Ricardo as the lead installer was very skilled in performing the work and knowledgeable about all the details of the project. From the get-go, they were responsive, timely and professional, and very easy to work with. I had a mess of a kitchen in dire need of updating. Because my kitchen was so bad, my original estimate came in way above the cost for my home. They worked with me to get the cost down to a reasonable amount while maintaining an impressive result. My home is a bit older and they were even able to match my 50 year old crown molding, along with making my kitchen now flow the way a kitchen should. I never liked cooking in my kitchen before but now, it's a pleasure just to be in there. Debi Franklin, their designer, was incredible with her choices and colors, and listened to me - steering me in the right direction so it all remained tasteful. I can't say enough about how impressed I was and still am, with their work."

"Haim and his crew exceeded expectations, stayed within budget, and got the job finished fast. After a broken water heater flooded half our house, we needed new floors and the walls, which had been “flood cut” two-feet up all around had to be repaired, replastered and repainted. Haim was very helpful, explaining the process and various options. He gave me good advice on why things we could do to make improvements without braking the bank. I also really appreciated how he found a way to fix the problem that had led to the flooding in the first place - devising a way to add a drain pipe where there was no obvious exit. His whole crew was hard working, dependable and great at their jobs. There was one section of drywall that was really difficult to patch as it received a lot of natural light and was right under a bright ceiling light, which tends to expose even the smallest flaw. Haim’s drywall expert worked on it over and over until it wasn’t noticeable at all. All in all, they went above and beyond painting several additional walls and doors for me just to make sure it all came together perfectly. The cost was very reasonable, in line with other quotes I received and in some cases less. I highly recommend GH. Give ‘me a call!"
