You keep raising our goals so we bring the company in more money but no matter what we still make the same amount. If our goal is 30k and we hit 100% to goal we still make the same amount as if our goal is 50k and hit 100% to goal. We are working harder and bringing in the company more money but are not making more. It is not motivating.

And the additional cost was quite reasonable. The young men who moved us were very professional and obviously knew what they were doing when they prepared the furniture for moving. Steve's team was well coordinated and took time to load my antiques carefully. Then after making the 4 hour drive north they were very patient with some of my changes in furniture placement, helped put sliders on the feet, hooked up the fridge, and washer/dryer and generally kept the entire move calm. We have an office to move now and will certainly use them. I was concerned about their finding our place, but discovered that Steve knows Dallas very well and I had no need to worry."
