Gregory Rohde started in 1973 in Garland TX as a wholesale nursery. A few years later, he moved nearby to 1651 Wall Street and started Rohde's Nursery, which evolved into Dallas' first totally organic plant nursery, specializing in native Texas plants. He has always done lawn maintenance work also, but that evolved to included landscape design, installation, & hardscape projects. Recently we are downsizing to work only on the Landscaping business. Know that we have the knowledge and experience that comes from being there at the beginning of the organic movement in Dallas horticulture. Many of our crew members have been with us for as long as we have done landscaping work. They do remarkable work with fencing, stonework, and metal work, and can create many designs from just your ideas.
