He had an appointment cancel and he called to see if he could come early. His work was great and well priced.

He didn?t show up to my first appointment because of a kids doctors appointment but he didn?t even tell me i had to call him to find out if he was still coming. When he did come he still charged me $50 for a yard that is a little over 1,000 square feet. I hired him again and he didn't show up. I called him and he said he would be at my house in a hour and never showed up and didn't answer my calls.

On 04-06-2017 Jose Gutierrez and his brothers came out, and cleaned up our lawn and remulched flower beds and trimmed bushes. It was one bush they had to dig up because it had died. In the process they hit my sprinkler pipe, and we were unaware of it until we turned on the sprinkler on 4/15/17, and noticed water coming out everywhere. When they were here I noticed they had the top off of my main valve to the sprinkler, and I asked why was that off? He said no problem don't worry, well that was not the case. He lied, and they had shut the valve off to the sprinkler system, because they realized what they had done and not told me. That is pure deception. My hubby contacted him and sent pics to show his damage and the area of the damage. Plus, we kept the damaged pipe. He apologized and said he would bring the money we paid out to a sprinkler contractor to repair it. He was to bring the money on 4/17/17 and did not. Now, he will not respond to texts or calls from my hubby or myself. We paid him 450.00 to do work at our home. All he had to do was be honest and tell the truth when I asked him why the top was off the main valve to our sprinkler system. I would not allow a business to be at my home that was not honest and had no integrity. He damaged something, and should had said something, and he is a lawn and sprinkler company. He could have fixed it. I paid him 450.00 and he owes me 88.53. So, what does that tell you about his integrity and character? This is the very reason why I am so hesitate about calling small mom and pop companies to our home now. No one has honesty nor integrity. Jose Gutierrez is a prime example. My hubby and I are people of our word. If, we damage something we are paying for it. We expect the same treatment. I am very upset first of all because he lied and could have told the truth from the first beginning. So, my previous review of a 5 star I want to make a 0 star, because he is a liar and not a person of his word. And, if I were you I would not have him at my home, if he damages something you will never know about it, nor will you be compensated for it. I am so pissed off right now. I told him I do not do companies that lie and try to get over. I told him that from jump street when he came to give me a quote. Their company name has recently change to Green Thumb Plus.

Mr. Gutierrez walked my yard in the beginning to note all of my requests. He was knowledgeable and shared recommendations. Nice and friendly team completed the job. He made sure I was completely satisfied with all work done. I highly recommend!

Good, clean work. Mr. Gutierrez walked the lot and yard with me on the first day. He took his time, and gave me a good quote. The work was completed within 3 days. He and his team were easy to work with and they answered all of my questions and concerns.
