After we signed the contract, he called each week to update me on timing and I was able to ask any questions I had which he cheerfully answered. Before signing the contract, I went to Lowe's with my exact ideas to see they're cost. It was a little lower than Scott's but I couldn't personalize nearly as much. So, you get what you pay for my friend. Either you work with the owner of the company who is a master carpenter, professional, and nice, or get premade stuff from a big box store. I'll take small business any time."
