He requested that I send photos if I could. We have a 22 year old Beam Electrolux system. He was grateful ful the photos, because he knew exactly what he was dealing with. Steve arrived on time. He is a pleasant, jovial fellow. He diagnosed the problem and gave us options for fixing the problem. After he was finished, he checked out the motor and filter unit in the garage. Steve explained the best care and treatment of the system. He had cleaned up and was gone in an hour. This was a wonderful service experience!"

"I bought the $99 2 hour special for installation of a mount and TV. I was extremely happy with the work, wiring through the walls, and caps used to finish the holes in the walls. The technician came out assessed my needs and did the work in about an hour and 15 minutes. I paid extra for the caps and a cable but seemed reasonable. 
I was planning on a future install, so the installer took a look and said he could come back when I purchased the TV and install.
