I have traveled across several states building and detailing Multi-million dollar projects as well as remodeling various properties. I recently moved to Lubbock in order to help take care of my family, and I am trying to start my own business to work for myself and build a relationship within the community. I take pride in everything I work on, so I want you to get exactly what you imagine when you hire me in confidence.
"I recently had my bathroom remodeled by JG’s construction, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The team was professional and communicated well throughout the entire process. The quality of the work is outstanding, and the new design has transformed my space beautifully. They completed the project on time and stayed within budget, which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend JG’s construction for anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom!"
"Contact and communication was excellent. We had bad weather during this period but no delay in the service they provided. Arrived on time, did the exact work we agreed upon and cleaned up afterwards. I have recommended them to our neighbors and have a few other projects that I will have them complete also. "
"Paul and his crew are always courteous and on time. They repaired water damage and moved fixtures on ceiling. Did excellent job in matching paint. In our new home, they installed new flooring throughout. He installed a particularly troublesome doggy door interior/exterior wall. Excellent job! His guys are always polite, comfortable with leaving crew while gone. Their clean up is top notch. Paul is very trustworthy and intuitive on what needs to be done. His pricing is on par with other estimates, but his professionalism won our trust. Plan to use him for other projects around new house and will/have recommend to neighbors and friends. Thank you, Paul for making the transition less painful!"
"The crew was very friendly, I felt the quoted cost was a great price, they finished the job on-time, and the finished product was quality work. A friend of mine in Ransom canyon referred them to me and I’m glad I went with them. I was really impressed with this business."
"Omar and his crew were professional, dependable, courteous, thoughtful and considerate. They did all they could to make this experience and excellent one. The workmanship is excellent and we would compare it to anyone else's. They finished our project which was a gutted bathroom, putting down flooring, beadboard, chair rail, baseboard, putting in shower, vanity commode. Omar put down flooring in front of our front door and built a steady ramp for our storage building. WE have other projects that we will be doing in the future. Omar is he first and only person we will call. WE thank him and his crew for all they have done."
The average cost to build or install a gazebo is around $5,700, with prices typically ranging from $3,000 to $10,000. The final cost depends on several factors, including the gazebo's size, shape, material, and design complexity. For example, square gazebos and those made from metal can be more expensive, while brick is a more affordable material. Adding custom features like built-in seating or lighting will also increase the price. You can potentially save money by purchasing a prefabricated kit or performing some of the labor yourself.

To make the gazebo accessible, you can build a wheelchair pathway leading up to it. The path should be paved with a smooth surface for wheelchairs to roll through. A low curb should be placed along each side to ensure the wheelchair stays on the path. At the end of the path, build a wheelchair ramp connecting the gazebo.
Porticos last 25 to 60 years, depending on the material used. A portico’s roof typically matches the roof of the rest of the home and can be replaced simultaneously. Portico columns have a similar life span if properly maintained and regularly sealed. In some areas, harsh weather and extreme temperatures may cause a portico to wear more quickly.
Several types of porches are available to meet your needs and style preferences. Some common porch types include:
Porticos are essentially a roof over a walkway leading to the home's front entrance.
Sunrooms are closed-in porches that are an extension of the house with glass or plastic panels that allow optimal sunlight.
Wraparound porches extend around the entire home, or at least the front and one side, and offer multiple entrances to the house.
Back porches are an extension of the home’s floor into the outdoors. These offer more protection and privacy than a deck.
