"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Where do I start! My house flooded during the Texas storm and I’m still fighting with insurance. Task Force NTX has been my right hand support. Specifically Nelie, Justin Harris and Josh O’Neal. They have truly gone above and beyond during this frustrating and long process. Nelie is a true professional, always checking on the work and making sure that my needs are heard AND met. She doesn’t miss a beat which is crucial when dealing with something as serious as a flood/ mold. Plus, she has tons of knowledge of dealing with the complexities of a large project. Josh, my contractor, is amazing! I’ve been screwed over in the past by contractors and Josh has showed me what a truly good contractor is supposed to be. He goes out of his way to explain every detail of the construction process and gives me a realistic expectation. I’m always impressed by how efficient and precise he is. Before doing anything he checks in with me to make sure I am OK and never has an issue with the annoying requests from my insurance. I intend to make him my go to contractor for future projects in my home. Justin has been a great advocate when it comes to coordinating with my insurance. Allstate has been a disaster but Justin fights for me to get things covered. He also has a lot of knowledge and sets realistic expectations. If you are working with insurance, Justin will help make the process run smoother. I look forward to wrapping up this project soon but couldn’t wait to share my experience. I’m truly grateful!!"
