The whole experience with Power has been very professional and courteous. From the door knocker to Jess the sales lady, who was very informative to Mike the pre- install inspector. Then Jose and his crew came in and installed all the windows in a quick and efficient manner. They cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed with the whole process. I would highly recommend.

The entire process was easy. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. Water Bear (Andy) was a wonderful QA manager. He explained everything. The salesmen and project manager also were very thorough in their information and explanation. Everyone has been very professional and took the time to answer all our questions.

Was worried the weather would delay everything but the crew was prepared and quick. Everything was great! Happy with my new windows

The team was excellent start to finish I have not had this much customer service and professionalism in a long time. Every thing went exactly as they said it would and even followed upon the job after it was done to make sure I was satisfied. Would definitely recommend them to a friend and would use them again.

I am SO grateful that this company found us! We had water and bugs and other issues with our windows, and now they are BEAUTIFUL! I am completely sure that our energy bill is going to go way down with how the windows are incredibly heat blocking. When i first saw one installed, i thought they had not installed any of the screens. But it turned out that I just couldn’t see them! I am so happy to have a good warranty! I love being able to actually open all the windows EASILY! Everyone in this company has been so helpful and workable with our budget and understanding and accommodating. I am so happy with it, and grateful that it was such a smooth process!

It was a great experience from start up to install. Everyone was very friendly and opening with their communication and we are very pleasedwith the result.

Our windows were falling apart and desperately needed replacing. The team at Power were fantastic and super transparent about costs and installation procedures. On install day everything went super smooth and much faster than anticipated. Our new windows are beautiful and amazing at insulating us from the noise of the busy street behind us.

This company is amazing. We are so pleased with all of the people we worked with. Very competent, professional and their product is superior. Would highly recommend

Excellent customer service! Quality products! I will always highly recommend this company and have already scheduled my next project. Attention to detail is emphasized. And the guys they send out to install are very professional and personable. A big plus is they send out a quality control person to assure the product and install are on point!

2/5/2024 We are still in install. But wanted to say. After they removed the front windows and were putting the new ones in I noticed one was not what (to my knowledge) was supposed to be ordered. The first salesman who came in Jan. was here for about 6 hours and the second guy who came to re-measure (also in Jan.) the windows was here over 2. Both were nice. But even after being here for over 2 hours re-measuring , several of the windows had to be forced in because they were a little too big and one of the windows I thought would open (and had told him I wanted to open) did not. And because it is special order windows and I did not realize on paper it was wrong if we want what was told to caleb (the second guy) several times then we have to put out more money to purchase another window and keep the wrong one. But in "his opinion" what HE ordered is what he thinks will look better. So either we pay from what he says about $2000 more or we keep a window he thinks is better. But NOT what I told him I wanted. All this after our total is over $28 thousand. This is NOT good business. The only reason I give a 3 star is for this crew of installers. They are awesome. If not I would give a 1 star. So if you do use this company make sure you have them tell you EXACTLY what you are getting. I did not know that a architectural type circle top w/extended leg was not a window I could open. Especially after telling him and another person I wanted that window to open. I am still waiting for the actual quote for the window thought. I have no problem paying the extra but not for a whole new window. 2/6/2024 And now the Quality guy came and he says the window would be more like over $4 grand. He tried to help but came back to say if we let them change our back door and the window it would be over $9 grand but they would give it to us at cost so we would get the window pretty much free but thr back door would be over $6 grand. Then said he could change our front door for the same price and the window would be free. We declined. So if you do use them just be careful of what they say and make sure to get everything explained in full detail and in writing. Do not sign the tablet till you can read it all. Problem is you have to sign that day to get the better price. If you wait till they leave your price goes up at least a quarter. So just beware. Now that they are finished and I am finishing this rating I want to say again. Max's crew of installers are awesome. The second salesman or whatever his title is (Caleb W.) is not. And as for the company as a business I say NO. Also I still did not receive the quote and it has been over 24 hours. I guess because the Quality guy tried that is all. As for as product quality, I can't give a honest opinion on that because they were just installed. Will have to come back in a year to review on that. One more thing. I don't remember if it was the first guy or the second told us it would take 1 day to install. A few days before our install day we were asked/told it would be 2 days and asked if that was ok. I guess good thing we did not have anything planned for today. We have 20 windows 2 of them are really big. 2 are big and high (we have a 2 story house). We could not understand how it would happen in 1 day but he kept saying it would. The install team evidently didn't either. They were here yesterday a little after 9am and did not leave till a little after 6pm. I was asked if it was ok to be here that late. Today they were here a little after 8am and finished after 6pm. Clean up was good. I can't say about the outside because it was dark when they left but I am sure it is good also.

Install and clean up were great! They were patient with me and answered all my questions. From the salesman to the installation all employees were very professional through the whole process. I have done windows gutters and my roof with power.

We recently had Power Home Remodeling replace all our windows on our home. The windows are amazing and look terrific. Unfortunately, the quality of the company does not match the quality of the windows. We had an issue on the day of the installation when the crew did not put down sufficient tarps and set one of the windows directly on our carpet. Apparently, there was some grease or tar on the bottom of the window. When I saw the stain, I told the young man in charge that I needed to contact the company who sold us the carpet and the manufacturer to find out how to remove the stain on our carpet which is wool. They both said not to put anything on it – that it had to be professionally cleaned with steam. Anything put on the spot would make it more difficult to remove. I told this to the young man and told him I did not want him to touch the stain with anything, that we would have it professionally cleaned. Even so, he went against my wishes and tried to clean it with a solution as well as rubbed the carpet as he cleaned. When he informed me he had done this without my consent, I was upset. We contacted Power and let them know. They agreed to have the area professionally cleaned since the stain did not come out. Unfortunately, even though the professionals tried their hardest, the stain came back up. We were told that it might do so because of the solution put on and the rubbing into the carpet that had taken place. We contacted Power again and asked for another solution. New carpet seemed extreme, although we could have insisted on it, so we decided to offer a compromise and ask them to give us money to purchase an area rug to cover the obvious stain on our living room carpet. I spoke to Monica who said she had permission to do so. She stated that Power had already closed out our account with the financing company and so a check would be issued so we could purchase an area rug. She sent us a form to sign which said we agreed to have our project “discounted” by $300. I called when I saw the form come through our email because that was not the agreement. She informed me that it was just a formality, that it started the process for sending the check. She said that because the account had already been closed, when the request came through their office, they would automatically send a check out. After waiting for several weeks and no check in the mail, I called again. I was told that my husband and I had signed the form stating we would accept a credit to our account. I spoke to Alysha and explained our conversation with Monica. She said she would look into it and call me back before she left for the day. This was Dec. 4, 2023. I explained that we had been promised calls back, emails, etc. but that folks did not follow through even though they gave us their word. She was adamant about keeping her word and said even if she didn’t have any information that she would call me before the end of the day. She did not call me on Dec. 4 or any day since. This has been the issue with Power. Every person we have talked to has been very nice, but they have been ineffective in resolving the issue and have not kept their word. I have made numerous phone calls and sent numerous emails. Each person says they are there to help and resolve the issue, but no one has. They made promises they didn’t keep, and their customer service department is very lacking. As of today, we have received not communication from the company, no check in the mail, and no confirmation that any adjustment has been made to our account for the area rug. We are senior citizens on a fixed income and spent thousands on our new windows. In is unfortunate that Power Home Remodeling is not a trustworthy company with which to do business.

They were efficient. Cleaned up very well. They did 13 windows in 6 hours. Above all I thought all of the workers were personable, respectful, and were very kind to my dog. Shelton was my remodeling consultant. He was very driven and hard worker. Wonderful personality and he also was very respectful to us, our home, and our time. I’m very happy with the finished product!

They were excellent from beginning to the end of the project. The price was so good, that instead of accepting the one year price quote, we committed to purchase the night of the presentation.

The entire project with Power Home Remodeling was top notch from start to finish. Zach, Glenn, and Tara were all very professional.

Awesome. I love contractors who say what they do and do what they say. It was a great experience from sales thru plan and execution on the window project and I would not hesitate working with everyone involved again.

From the first people to the last who came through my door, they were all the most professional and knowledgeable staff I have worked with on a home, improvement project! Ally was so amazing on the original sales calls she literally walked through a tornado to get to my house! Because I don’t have family in this area it was reassuring to know so many people were watching over my home project! Tony and his crew installed my front and back doors so well and fast that win quality assurance manager. Greg came by later in the day to check the work he actually ups sold me with 10 more windows! And I’m not even sad about it… I’m really excited to be so cool in the future!

Very Professional and Very Efficient windows

My experience with the entire power home team was wonderful from beginning to end! Vai sales person was very informative and answered any questions I had from the get go, Glen handled my pre inspection and made sure to review all detail of the project with me which I appreciated very much. Greg project manager set me up for my next install and the install team did a great job working within my home.

Riley and his crew were great. The new windows look amazing. Everyone was friendly and professional and they did a great job of cleaning up. I can already see a difference in our AC being able to keep up with Houston heat. Highly recommend.
