They were either trying to skip steps (not get City permit) or upcharge me for equipment I didn’t need or tell me I needed a new breaker box without full understanding of the load. I then had John from Mr Sparky show up. I didn’t need any of the extras the other companies were trying to upsell me for and he got the charger installed no problem at a fair price. They are trustworthy and do good work. I will use them again for my electrical needs."

"We have been working with Remodeling Max for over two years now. It started when we first wanted to remodel all of our three bathrooms, which they were all done just before our house got completely flooded on Memorial weekend holiday of 2015. Remodeling Max was quick to come back and do a complete remodel for the whole house. The kitchen the bathrooms, the utility room, the garages, all the floors, doors, replace all the windows and adding shutters and crown moldings, door jams, windows sills and baseboards. In April of 2016, and just after the whole house was fully remodeled, our house got flooded again almost a full year after the first flood had happened. This time Remodeling Max came back and replaced all the damaged dry walls, floors, cabinets etc. They also changed all the interior and exterior doors and replaced all the trim moldings and garage doors yet again. They painted the whole house from the inside and the outside as well. After the second flood, we decided to add water drains in the back yard, also redid our wooden and metal fences. We added paver stone for all the back yard, the side yard, and the front yard as well. We also had stone retaining walls put up for all the outside area, redid the sprinkler system, built a patio/gazebo with a fire pet under the patio. We then added outdoor water mist and fans to enjoy ourselves in the hot summer. Remodeling Max also ended up completely replacing our house roof, replaced all the damaged siding, fascia boards, soffits and gutters. They also updated all the electrical wiring, the plumbing lines, and replaced our main electrical box. They moved all the gas lines to our new appliances which they also installed for us. Our house now looks so awesome. We had Remodeling Max change the layout of all the bathrooms and the kitchen. They opened up walls and added loadbearing beams to allow the new open-floor-plan to be possible. I can’t say enough, we are very happy. The new lighting, which was done by Remodeling Max, in the whole house has also improved all the areas dramatically. We also put in under cabinets lighting. The selection of the countertops was right on, we had gotten exotic granite to put in the kitchen and the bathrooms. One last thing, Remodeling Max, had custom built our office, library, entertainment center, and all of our closets carpentry work."

Both gentlemen were professional, courteous and quickly went to work. This was an Angie's list deal, $99 for two hours of electrical work and I'm very glad I purchased it. They also cleaned up and took away my old light fixtures! I am very pleased with them. It is a young company and I encourage anyone to use them and help a local, small business thrive."

Mike and his crew came only a few minutes later than the scheduled time, but he promptly notified me of his new arrival time anyway to check if the new time still works, which I appreciate. The price he quoted was reasonable to me. Because of the age of our house and the way it was constructed, things weren't straightforward as the work began, but Mike was patient and figured out a way to install the lights the way we wanted. Everyone was courteous and kept us apprised of the status of the installation. They cleaned up after everything was done and left the place the same way they found it."

"The outstanding professional! The job was done well. We had a few bumps due to the building plumbing that were frustrating. Mr Santos managed the "bumps" with patience & communicated very well. I was initially unhappy with some work of his assistant. He listened & returned to and personally redid the areas of concern. Kitchen cabinet crown molding is time consuming. I am glad he takes pride in his work because the finished work is excellent. Also he gave me a very good rate for the sev. days labor he provided. total of 4 days (9a-5p) of work. One day they stay were here for >9hrs. I will def. recommend & offered him more work. I will say that I can only recommend Mr Santos' work, not that of the assistant he had for this job. I am sure he will find better help but until then I asked that he personally do any further handyman work I may have in the future. thank you Angies list for the excellent & professional handyman referral!"
