They show up on time, and come when they say they are going to come. They just do a really good job.  They are careful moving furniture around, and making sure nothing gets on the carpet.

They did a very good job on that. Our water heater and broken down and flooded our carpet in the hall. We called them on a Monday morning and they came out the same afternoon. They replaced the water heater and got us back into business. It was an excellent service and very reasonable.
