"I called Mr. Soto on Monday morning and he called me back within a few hours.  The only advise I would give to him is to set up his voicemail on his phone.  I wasn't sure if I reached the correct person. We set up an appt. on Wednesday morning. He arrived on time and I then explained what I wanted done. I also mentioned some other issues that I wanted to address in the future(installing of additional lighting) that he discussed with me in detail and provided me a quote. He then left to get the required parts and returned and completed the projects. Mr. Soto takes his time and it is obvious that he takes pride in his workmanship! I will be using him again.

"Everything turned out fine. When it first arrived, it was damaged in the shipping. It took them quite a while to get something back to us, or even to call me back when I wrote to them. But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. "The gentleman arrived promptly (actually early) and set off immediately to work. He explained what he would be doing and about how long it would take. He provided all his own equipment for extraction ventilation. The job was finished within the time he specified. All we had to do was reattach the drain and overflow covers later. The tub definitely looks better. There was a concern about how the finish had been feathered in with the part that was not refinished, as there were lots of little flecks left. I decided to do a light scrubbing and a lot of them disappeared. Now it seems that the tub is fine and is used daily with fine results. One reason for the 'B' rating on the responsiveness was the terseness of replies and how they did not quite answer the question that had been posed, causing some uncertainty and more clarification on what should have been very straightforward question about scheduling. It was not enough of a nuisance to dissuade me to use the service in the future though.
