"Everything turned out great with the roof.  The only problem I had was afterwards with the gutter brushes.  They were sticking out and I had to call them to work on it.  They had to come out 3 times to get it fixed.  The guy who did the work was very good but the follow up was just not what I would have liked.  I would use them again under certain conditions.  Those being they be honest with me and follow up. "

They offer a lien waiver and flexible payment plans. Cons: The cost was high and the salesman was a bit pushy. I knew I needed to get the project done since I had already lost several pieces of siding in a storm and another contractor unrelated with MHI had recommended I do a complete replacement. However, I felt rushed to accept the proposal on the spot which gave me a bit of buyers remorse the next day. Perhaps the company should change their sales tactics so that customers do not feel so rushed."

"We were hit by the recent tornadoes which took most of the west side of our house off. Despite high demand for masons these days Augusto was able to swing by and offer a bid the next day after initial contact and start work within two days. Their workmanship is excellent, priced competitively and they left the place very clean, even taking more debris with them than just from the crushed masonry."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
