"I live in an antebellum house, built in 1837. Over the past 175 years some of the bricks underneath the fireplace in the living room and gathering room had crumbled. The floor needed repairs and leveling. I contacted 4 companies to evaluate the problem and develop a solution. Luke Griffin, with Mr. Foundation, was the only person who actually went under the house and took pictures of the problem for us to see. We were able to see what was happening at the fireplaces. He then studied the problem and the next day offered us a solution. They came and installed steel beams with stainless steel jacks, leveled the floors and resolved the problem. They came when they were supposed to and went above and beyond.  They had to make a second trip to make an adjustment, but were very courteous and came after hours to get it fixed and extend that particular line and stayed until it was fixed.  Very reasonable on their prices, very courteous, and did a great job!"
