But their excellent service continued throughout the project. I needed a total of more than 20 windows replaced in a 70-year old home. Quite a job! They scheduled the installation well in advance so that I could plan my schedule. They came exactly on time on the appointed day. Everyone on the crew was cheerful, courteous, and knowledgeable. When it turned out that some of the materials sent from the factory had minor defects, they not only offered to replace all the defective panes but even showed me a couple of defects that I had not noticed. By using a funds collecting company [Buildertrend] much like a construction-oriented PayPal, Tricities Remodeling Co overcharged me for a service that they didn't even perform. A structural engineering company that did an inspection for us, charged $385 for their fee. However, Tricities Remodeling Co [located in Gray, Tn] chose to separately invoice, charge and collect $700, without my knowledge of the actual charge from the service provider. I only discovered the overcharge while trying to get Tricities Remodeling company to provide me with a statement of the findings [they still haven't] for any future references involving ins., etc. When I brought this to their attention, they ignored me Also, approximate times of completion were GROSSLY over estimated and their project proposal didn't include major items such as flooring, ceiling improvements, etc., & several other items discussed & wanting 5,000 for a free-standing coffee bar cabinet! BE WARNED"

Look this guy up, he just robs people and seemingly gets away with it. Also seems to do shoddy work. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Willing to rip off older people as well. Is he still in the area? Probably moved on to newer hunting grounds."
