"When the plumber got to my home and he went under the house to look at the water lake that I had he took pictures. Of what needed to be done? He said, I needed a new water pressure valve to stop the water lake. Tell me it cost $300 for water pressure valve when it doesn't. And they're not needed a water space, it plugged off and one replaced. Charged me $900. He left the underpinning down. Did not put it back like it was. The water lake is there. I don't have no hot water. Haven't had no hot water since the day. He'd done it, call them, come back out. Did not fix it Got in the truck and left. Never said a word. I try to live on $811 a month. They took every penny I had and did not fix it. So no I would never use them again. And if you're a single woman, don't call them. Out, because they we'll rip you off. Pedestal sinks typically come with two pieces: the pedestal (also known as the base or pole) and the sink basin. You may hear it referred to as a standalone sink.   • Let faucets drip to keep water moving.

  • Add insulation to crawl spaces or pipes to keep them warm.
