We are Carly & Seven and have been in the property management and maintenance business for 15 years. HVAC certified. We are licensed and insured. Our main service is pressure washing. We originally started the business to serve churches and commercial accounts but we like spreading the word and helping all people. Checked all the smoke detectors explained how they work and how long they are good for. The same with the co2 detectors. He also explained about the fire extinguishers and which one are the best for which room. I will defiantly have them come back again next year for the yearly inspection.

"They recommended that we replace the dryer as the cost to repair were higher than the allowed limit. The dryer needed heating element and control panel. We are supposed to receive a LOWES gift card within 30 days to replace the dryer. I am satisfied with the recommendation, however 30 days is a long time to be without my dryer. Hopefully the gift card will arrive earlier so that I can replace the dryer in a timely manner."
