"They recommended that we replace the dryer as the cost to repair were higher than the allowed limit. The dryer needed heating element and control panel. We are supposed to receive a LOWES gift card within 30 days to replace the dryer. I am satisfied with the recommendation, however 30 days is a long time to be without my dryer. Hopefully the gift card will arrive earlier so that I can replace the dryer in a timely manner."

He removed all the garbage and other items left by tenant, fully cleaned the home, cleaned the carpet and floors, cleaned two full bathrooms which had been left as they were after a septic backup into the fixtures. We were very pleased with him, the price, and the work.. We would definitely hire him again. Michael is very personable, realistic, hardworking, and honest. He powerwashed the ceiling of the front porch and the deck which we had not specifically asked him to do but were very pleased.
